5. OPEN YOUR NASAL PASSAGES
If you are suffering from nasal congestion, take medicine to unclog the air passage of your throat.



6. KEEP YOUR BEDROOM CLEAN
Allergies cause you to snore and allergies come from the dusty and dirty environment. So better to clean your room everyday.



7. STOP SMOKING
It damages the throat and nasal passages that cause you to snore too much.
